Participation of HABILITAS Association Romania in the National Conference of Launching European Year of Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations 2012” (AEIA 2012).
On March 2nd, the Romanian Minister of Labor, Family and Social Protection, in partnership with the European Commission Representative in Romania, organized the National Conference of Launching the European Year of Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations 2012” (AEIA 2012).
The participants to this Conference were: Mrs. Claudia Boghicevici – the Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Protection, Mr. Niculae Idu – the chief of the European Commission Representative in Romania, Mrs. Andreea Paul-Vass – Prime-minister counselor on economy aspects, the Ambassadors of the European Year of Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations 2012 and other representatives of older persons organizations, ageing institutes, NGOs and public institutions working in the field of ageing.
During this National Conference, Habilitas Association presented the project “IQEA Evolution – Improving Qualifications for Elderly Assistants” as a best practices example in the care of the ageing population.
